Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping
Costs Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
